Beta and early-access information

When you request beta or early access, MuscleState may collect your name, email address, product interest, primary goal, current tracking approach, optional coach roster range, referral source, preferred contact frequency, and your marketing or newsletter selections.

How we use beta information

We use this information to evaluate beta demand, prioritize Personal and Coach onboarding, communicate about requested beta access, understand acquisition sources, and—only when you choose the applicable option—send product, launch, or newsletter communications.

Marketing choices

Marketing and newsletter enrollment are optional. Your selected contact preference is recorded with your request. Commercial email must provide an unsubscribe mechanism before broad marketing begins.

Attribution

MuscleState may record the page/referrer and standard campaign parameters associated with an early-access request so we can understand which campaigns or sources are useful.

Health and performance data

The authenticated MuscleState application can contain health and performance information supplied by users. That application data is separate from the public website beta-lead record. The public beta form does not ask prospects to submit medical records, diagnoses, laboratory values, or therapy doses.

Status

This policy is a working pre-launch framework. Additional terms covering retention, service providers, user rights, cookies, analytics, security, and jurisdiction-specific requirements will be finalized before general commercial availability.
